In order: Orvis dog cover for rear bench seat, OE gun safe, Husky liners front/rear, Tyger tonneau tri fold, Rough Country seat covers
I switched to a Fumoto valve during the first oil change. It’s the F133s LC-10 S-Series large body with short nipple and lever clip. Also got the F cap, tube kit and Motivx tool kit (filter wrench, drain tool and funnel).

All of this stuff worked great. No issues with threading.

Would anyone know what the part number would be for the filter tube. A friend of mine bought the metal filter house and it came with the shorter tube. He knows he can switch it out ,but was just curious if he can purchase the longer tube individually. I tried looking, but a no go. Was wondering if anyone would know. Tia.
Sorry i just realized i ask in the wrong section

Do any Valvomax users have a rough sense of minutes needed for full drain? 10 - 20 - 30? I want to drain direct into 1 gal containers and hoping for a speedy drain so I can remain under the truck for just a few minutes to swap containers as they fill. Don’t want to be hanging out under the truck for a half hour.

Use a 5 qt to start. That way the first one will take about a minute to fill and the second you can leave without it overflowing.

I will be draining into 1 gal containers. Would still like to know from Valvomax users how long it takes. Thanks.

I just changed my oil a week or two ago and it's 10 minutes MAX to drain the whole thing...... and that's pushing it. I just stayed under the truck (like I always do) for the oil to drain out. It will take you longer though if you're starting and stopping it.... but you'll spend more time trying not to spill it. Need to grab a drain pan from autozone to eliminate what you're trying to do. Then you can just empty the drain pan into these 1 gallon containers.

Glad to hear it goes quick. What I am trying to do will work just fine without buying another drain pan. The 1 gallon waste containers will sit stable side-by-side in a old 3-4 gal rectangular plastic bin, to catch any drops that miss (same bin that I currently use straight to catch all the oil, transmission fluid, under my outboard motors when changing their oil, etc). I’m gonna skip the bin transfer step and drain straight into containers.

Just installed my Valvomax a few weeks ago and purchased this 3 Gallon Jug as well. Haven't done my first Valvomax oil change yet, but hopeful the next one is mess free!
