I have just replaced an aging 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 2010 Toyoda Tundra. It took me about 2 weeks of scouring the Web within 75 miles looking for the replacement. I picked it up today from a small hole in the wall used car lot in Jersey City this afternoon. About a 60-mile trip home with no issues.
Once home I removed what I needed to, to remove the Toyoda bed liner to inspect for bed rust. I was relieved to discover only minor paint bubbling in one or two spots and zero rust penetration in the bed floor & corners. This is a one owner MA truck with 188,000 miles on the odometer. After a proper clean and prep, Line-X is in the truck's future. Presently at $3.55 a gallon for regular grade gasoline, I'm not crazy about the Tundra's 15 mpg milage rating.
The rest of my stable consists of a 2010 Chrysler 300C, a 2013 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 & a 1977 MGB roadster. I'm looking forward to my first pickup in the past 30 years. Wish me luck. No Photos yet.

I worked over the bed floor paint blisters with a small pin scaler. The results, unfortunately were bed rust penetrations in 4 areas. I think my idea of Line-X just went out the window. After prepping the 4 areas I gave them a good coat of cold galvanizing inorganic zinc paint. Once dry I will overcoat with a rattle can of touchup and reinstall the Toyota bed liner. The Line-X money can be spent on other upgrades or fixes.

Welcome but that truck is not a tundra grade. You scored better. That looks to be an SR5 TRD off-road package

Joro43, You are correct. I am still a little confused by all the trim level names Toyoda assigns to the
tundra. Can anyone tell me if the grill in the photo of my Tundra is stock or aftermarket? I am considering changing it.

A couple days later & I find the original grill hiding behind the overlay of horizontal bars. I have removed the overlay and exposed the original grill face.
