help!!2016 Tundra steering tilt lever wont stay in locked in position

    headlights,fog lights,lifts, tires and wheels
    anyone had this problem if I hold tilt lever all the way up steering wheel holds fine but lever doesn't stay locked in up position I'd appreciate feedback
