    Background:
Hello everyone, my name is Anthony. I’m the founder of AG Customs. I wanted to create this group buy to bring value to the Tundra Community, but also share an amazing product. How this all started was when I decided to order rock lights for my truck. Browsing the internet, and Amazon, I was overwhelmed by all the different options. I bit the bullet and ordered a couple kits from Amazon. With the main objective of finding the brightest led rock lights. To my disappointment, one kit stopped working after a couple of days, and was very dim. The other kit had a horrible beam pattern causing many shadows. Thus causing me to keep searching for a better solution.

While researching, I found a manufacturer offering rock lights, but it looked to be the same product from Amazon with a stronger housing. I was hesitant but I ordered a set to test them out. To my surprise, they were super bright and exactly what I was looking for. The design had 24 Leds in each pod, but I wanted to make the product unique and my own. From there we worked out a new design with 36 Leds in each pod, creating one of the brightest led rock lights on the market. While moving the power cord from the back of the led pod, to the bottom so it could be flush mounted.
    IMG_3124.jpg IMG_3130.jpg
    Where to put these:
On our trucks, there are many different locations to place these rock lights. Most commonly they are placed in the wheel wells, and under the truck for under-glow. Whether you are off roading your truck at night, or just trying to stand out while strolling around town. But what we have discovered is the benefit of using these to light up the engine bay. Great for working on your truck at night, or even during the day to get the most visibility.
    IMG_3120.jpg IMG_3125.jpg
    Options:
Everyone has their own taste, so I wanted to offer a Pure White Version, but also a Color Changing (RGBW) Version. One feature from our RGBW Pods, is that they have dedicated white leds. Meaning when you want white, it will be white, and won’t have any blue or yellow hues to it. Not only that, the color changing feature can be accessed on your smartphone, and has features like strobe, brightness, color temperature changing, and many more. All lights are plug and play, no splicing required for a simple clean install.
    IMG_2848.HEIC.jpg
(Top left competitor led, Top right our RGBW led, Bottom our Pure White led)
    Competitor:
We tested two different competitors from Amazon. Only one made it because the other one failed during the test. It wouldn’t power on after 5 mins of usage. As you can see the competitors light with the power cord coming out from the back. Thus making it hard to flush mount without damaging the connection. We designed ours to be flush mount compatible. Not only that, you can see the size difference from our pods, verus theirs. Not only do they claim to be brighter, but also more powerful. But below you can see a side by side comparison with ours on the right and competitor on the left.

    Timeline:
With being a Custom Product, this is a PRE ORDER Group Buy. Starting February 1st and ending February 28th. Orders will start shipping out towards the beginning of March. With being a small company, I did not want to keep lots of inventory on hand. So that’s why it will take a little time to fulfill the orders, thank you for understanding.

With the group buy, all the packages will be 20% off for everyone.
If we get more than 15 people, then it’ll change to 25% off for everyone.

Yes the engine bay kit mounts via two self tapping screws. Mounts a little below the hook where it latches down. Wire is then ran behind the heat shielding. Does that help? Let me know if you have any more questions!

I’d be interested more on the engine bay kit but I also want to light up my door area when passengers open it. Could this work for my purpose? Could it be used a way where the lights turn on/off when the doors open or when the truck is unlocked with the key?

Hey! Yes I get what you mean by having the truck light up when you open the doors. It’s not a problem placing the pods, but the more difficult problem is wiring. The lights come with an On/Off switch. So I think we could keep the switch on 24-7. But wire tap into the fuse thag controls the interior lights, so everytime the door opens, it would send power to the lights if that makes sense! It can be done for sure, we just gotta find the right wiring to tap into! Let me know if this helps!

Interested in the group buy. Curious as to how many lights are on the sample picture under the truck?

    Too many, but not enough....
It would be pretty sweet to wire this to the trigger on a switch pro to the door fuse to turn on when a doors open.

Ya was thinking mounting them facing out under the doors where my slider plate is on the frame to light up the sliders.

Ain't expensive and pretty easy to install. I was thinking it wouldn't last long due to its inexpensive cost but I was dead wrong. It's been on my truck for at least 3 years without a single problem.

Hey! There is a total of 25 lights on the truck, a TOTAL OVERKIlLL honestly. I have 2 pods in each wheel well, one under the hood, two coming out the sides for my ADD bumper, and then the rest are scattered along the underside of the car.
Depending on what you want, one in each wheel well is plenty bright. And maybe 8 or so under the car should eliminate any shadows below at night.
Let me know if that helps:)

Yeah, I think that's a perfect location for them, and definitely illuminate the whole ground where the doors open up. We designed them so they could be flush mounted without damaging the power cord over time. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I use an OPT 7 light bar on the back of my truck! I don't think you could go wrong with them, been really happy and their warranty is always nice too!

It does actually I’m hoping that there is a way to wire it and also hoped there’s a way to not allow the battery to get drained since the switch would remain on 24/7 for the moment I am very interested in the engine bay kit. Would the kit be able to attach to the Auxbeam switch panel? Or would it be preferable to attach it on its own? If not attached to the panel would it remain “on” at all times?

Hey man, yes I understand what you are saying! I honestly am not sure if it would work with an auxbeam panel switch. I haven’t taken the on off switch part and messed with it. I’ll get a photo posted up of the switch later tonight!

No, it runs amber and goes white when you open the door (or unlock with your fob). They can also function as turn signals which I love since my mirrors are too high for most cars to see a lane change when they're next to me. They ALWAYS see me wanna change lanes now.

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well. I've had a few members pm me about purchasing the lights. I've decided the easiest way to do this, is setting up a website where everyone can purchase. I've decided to bump the group buy to 20% OFF so if anyone is on the fence the time is now. Since these are made to order, the sooner your order is in, the sooner you will get your lights. No more dim lights on our trucks. If/When we hit 15 orders I will issue a partial refund to get everyone that 25% off as promised.
Here is the website link: https://agcustomsgroupbuy.myshopify.com/
With talking to a few members as well, this shout be compatible with Switch Pros. Since I know many of the members have them on their trucks.
