    Geez - isn't that like more than the cost of the cats + sensors?

    I just took mine to a muffler shop and told them to 'harden' it, the welded the crap out of it while adding lots of extra things whoever wants to steal it has to cut thru, hardened steel so their blades will have fun trying!

    Yeah i really like that old bandsaw blade welding idea a few have had. If the cat sheilds functioning as skid place as well wasnt necessary for me, i would totally look into that route.

    I can probably add something to extend it but getting the main plate to cover the cats as a deterrent is the initial goal.
