I can't seem to find a website where I can order a step bar for 2022 Tundra. I kinda like the Predator style but Toyota has it on backorder and doesn't know when they'll have it. Can anyone let me know where/website can I order a step for the Tundra? My wife is short so we need the step. Does any step bar for a 2021 Tundra fit 2022?

    Thanks!

I ordered mine through the dealer. They arrived about 5 business days later.

Did you order the Predator or the Toyota Oval running boards?

I ordered the predator steps for a crewmax.

ETA: Here's a link to my original post (#258), including the part #.

I would like to know the same thing. Does a running board off old tundra fit the fit 2022?

Like the other poster mentioned, I ordered mine through my local dealership. They were on backorder out here on the west coast when I ordered them. So it took about 2 weeks to get here vs the usual 2-5 business days. Nevertheless, they came.

No. Running boards, at least the OEM boards, from previous generations won't work on the 3rd Gens. The rocker panels and cab sides are "deeper" on the 3rd Gen so the mounting brackets from previous models aren't long enough.

Has anyone gotten the toyota rock sliders yet? I like how their low profile and tucked in tight. I wonder if theres enough sticking out to use as a step. This truck has them but its hard to tell.

Based on the video and little bit he showed of the rocker guards, I’d say no they can’t be used as a step.

Not much sticking out there. Looks like they hang down just low enough where one might get his foot in there, but it wouldn’t be practical. I know the new at4x has similar sliders, but they are flat on the top and stick out a little farther to be used as steps also.

Wonder how long it will be till go rhino gets the rb20’s out for the 2022. They are popular on the 2nd gen and I think they would look good on this one also.

I’d imagine soon given their popularity on that gen (I had a set on my 2015 and loved them).

I am getting used to my OEM predators however (and wife/kids have figured them out) even though I was initially critical of them…so will see if I switch once more options like the RB 20’s are released.

If you have a crewmax and can wait a couple of weeks I'll sell you mine. They're coming with the truck and the steps hang too low for me
