    I signed up on the forum but don't have the cycles to commit yet. I've found brisket and rib recipes the fam likes and I just can't go down the rabbit hole right now. Too many obsessions.

    Too many, but not enough....
    I did my first tri tip a couple weeks ago and it came out perfect.

    I did a brisket last weekend that was good but it was a tad dry so I need to spritz it a little more often. Overall the smoker is pretty bomb. Thanks op.

    I was in Lowes the other day. They had one in the store with a price tag of $349. Interesting seeing how it was a clearance item a month ago.

    I haven’t yet received my replacement control board; supply chain shortage apparently. No estimate on when it will arrive. But it’s still useable so I am fine with that. Their customer service is excellent
