What is the best oil to use for my 2005 Toyota Tundra?

Should I use the Toyota brand oil and filter or is there a better product out there? I just purchased a 2005 Tundra and it is time for an oil change. I want to do it right?

Rough Country shocks, ReTrax cover, Summo springs, black out badging, bed extender, "some other things I can't mention"

Use any oil you can afford, that does the job that meets Toyota's specifications, which is just about any oil brand.
Use the weight they specify and change filters at every oil change.......done

LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.

Yes almost any Full Synthetic will help to clean engine internally. Even Wallyworld's full synth would work fine.

I do like Mobil 1 for its cleaning claims, see attached:
