Which bed liner are you using?

To be honest glad I bought this used truck showed the franchise real work , see if they are going to do anything , its only been on the truck for a year and half is crazy .
Worst case I am on jest about every brand forums , I have Toyota , Jeeps , Dodge and Ford … I just sold the GMC .
There is allways Facebook and that peeling is not good advertising !
Ill give them a day to respond and will email corporate or just load up Line-X Facebook page with this quality work .

Correct. Poor prep work with no sanding is no fault of the material or brand, unfortunately human error here. I will continue to recommend line-x over any other brand out there.

 

I've done nothing but spray-in liners for 25 years. The prior scratching in your bed is not a problem with doing the spray liner. As noted in the above conversation, and notably absent in the photos above, scratching it up before applying the liner is essential for it to adhere properly. I had a number of rhinoliners, but the last ones all tore and or bubbled. Line-X is unbeatable. Presently have a factory Tundra sprayliner.

Oh, and with a diamondback over it, which hasn't leaked.

 

LineX with extra UV protectant sprayed on. It’s supposed to help it stay Bright and Shine and Black!!

 

OEM Factory is what it seems like as no Badging but also 2nd owner.

 

Line-X dealer who did the job came threw and re did the job even though I was not the original owner , it was only a year before the whole liner pealed out .
I can’t blame them 100% but they did a way better job prepping and looks awesome , I gave them some extra dough for pounding out the dents and primering .

 

Good customer service. You know, I wonder if Line-X has a lifetime warranty for the life of the vehicle, despite who paid to put it in. Need to look at their warranty page. Looks good too, just gotta peel that ugly sticker off lol.

 

No warranty reads as lifetime warranty to original owner , I got this truck local to the Line X installer and was only on the truck for a year .
The owner of the company took care of this problem he stands behind his work above what Line X warranty was .
he was nice enough to issue a new warranty in my name , did the premium and extra thick coating .
I was sent pictures of the prep , I can see what was done .
I did give them extra money even though the problem was prep and what ever else happened they made good , job looks great job.

 

Perfect. Great end to your problem and that's a good shop you have there, I doubt you have any issues from now on.
