Looking for opinions from new '22 owners on the JBL premium audio quality. Also curious if it shows improvements (sound-wise) over previous system that has gotten poor reviews on '21 and earlier Tundras.

Absolutely impressive jbl system. Best sound I've had. Limited package

It sounds really really good to
Me. But I’m not some guy who has ever had premium sound before.

“Standard”…and that’s not to be cheeky.

It’s nothing to write home about but not the worse I have heard either so I personally don’t think it’s a complaint issue (though I won’t call myself an audiophile)

Thanks I have JBL in my 18 limited and love it, they had allocated everything I wanted even color…. Just not JBL lol it’s all good! Better than listening to “ can’t find a tundra anywhere” lol

I have the premium in my 2022 1794. I had a 2014 1794 before. The 2014 was not as good and maybe just mine, but I remember it rattling a bit on the doors when I turned it up loud. The 2022 doesn’t -

that said, coming from a Yukon Denali, that sounded better than the new Tundra. The bass was much deeper and the highs crisper.

If I could make one change to the audio (maybe a thread to start) in the future is replacing the sub…it doesn’t give that deep bump you get in a Denali.
