console switch blank part # help

    Can someone help me out and give a part # for a center console switch blank? I lost one of them. 06 Tundra SR5 DC, medium gray interior. I think that's the color name. I can't get in the truck (doors are frozen shut from snow) so I grabbed this pic online for reference.

    Thanks @shifty` ! I have a hard time finding the right diagram on Toyota websites.

    and thanks @jerryallday , I think I’ll get one from the dealer, they aren’t too expensive and I have a few other parts to buy anyway. But I appreciate the offer.
