I run Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant to their recommended ratio . . . I can't speak to direct MPG gains, but I'm a firm believer it aids in keeping thing properly lubed & clean, resulting in longevity. I know many say it's 'snake-oil' and I won't argue, but I trust it.

You're just jealous because your paint is so restrictive.

Trucks don't need to be clean. Best monster truck ever is black. I rest my case.

I looked around for a post on this subject but this is the best I could find, so here goes....

As far as mpg, has anyone done a comparison of exhaust systems vs mpg? I just made a trip to Missouri a couple of weeks ago and another to Birmingham Alabama last weekend (both of which took up 5-6 hrs of interstate driving @ 65-70 mph)..I was very pleased to realize 18.9 mpg with my RCLB. Both trips involved hauling something in the long bed (4-wheeler and a large boat motor) I have K&N filter, JBA headers and a Banks Monster exhaust (which I LOVE). Tires are standard and it has a leveling kit. I must admit, that I was not expecting anything near this but wondered if it was really related to the exhaust as much as people have indicated? Does anyone else have any data of exhaust system vs mpg?
