Everyone here will say dont waste your money you already have one...your stock box is one...some say the TRD PRO one...or you can buy just the filter...or buy which ever one YOU like really up to YOU... IMO i like the S&B its what i put on...they all do same thing

Stock or TRD. IMO you can better spend the money elsewhere.

It's true. None better than stock.

If looks or sound are the goal I can get great pricing on an intake. They have a ton of mark up.

But if performance is the main goal keep stock. Do sabm. And coolant bypass mid. Both are nearly free.

Put the $$ into a catback. There is actually power there. And if quiet is the goal we can make power with stock quiet most of the time.

    Give a call for details.

If you want to do a cold air intake just upgrade to the Supercharger.

I installed a K&N intake, I did get about 4 tenths of a mile to the gallon better and it seems to be a little more responsive. Best of all is the sound when you open those ponies up.

I installed AFE. Just made the truck sound different. Save your money.

Bypass the coolant to the throttle body for colder air charge.

Not sure about the other one

SABM is stock air box mod. You put about a 3" hole in the lower part of the stock air box and also the fire wall. Use flanges and hose to connect the two so you can draw more air from the fender well.
I hear it's only really effective when supercharged. I did it to my 2007 NA Tundra and didn't notice any gains.

I did the SABM with the AFE dry filter, on two 30 mile round trips, same driving style. I lost .5 mpg, I prefer the oem filter over the re-usable filter.
