The rail system Ikea uses for cabinet mounting to the wall uses Ikea specific "washers" . I need a few more than what I have and would rather not drive to Ikea hours away to get a few washers.

Is there a good washer alternative I can get at a home box store that worked well for you?

And these things are not what I call washers. Pic below, their design allows you to move them so the top of the metal washer hits and supports the top of the rail. What else can I use that will offer the same function?

my wife likes ikea alot, there was a few times where we lost, broke or were missing some hardware with various items. We called and they sent out the parts no problem. have you tried calling their customer service?

No, I am sure I can get the washers, either sent to me or to go to the store. Issue is time, Wife is not going to want to wait the several days to have them shipped. I could drive the hour and a half to the store, can't do that until Sunday or Monday and we are supposed to get another good snow those days which could be problematic....and the timeline again- would mean all work stops on the kitchen remodel for several days and that is not going to work.

I gotcha, well, maybe a trip to the hardware store and some dremel fabrication is in order.

Not sure of your exact need, but you might be able to make some with aluminum sheet and a holesaw. Might need to modify with a file for a certain shape.
