The Powerstop kit is legit, yes. I have this on my truck.

If you are buying calipers too, I would recommend getting the KC2324-36. Those are 13WL calipers which is a little bit of an "upgrade".

The part number you mentioned, KC2323-36, is for S13WE calipers. Your truck might have come with those stock. It's common for people that had S13WE calipers to upgrade to the 13WL.

How has this kit been holding up for you? Did you do any upgrades on the rear drums?

Completely fine without issue going on like two years? Pads have plenty of life and are better than any I've used in the past.

Upgrades on the rear drums? Yeah. I got rid of them completely and I have rear discs that also use a Powerstop Z36 kit.

How can I tell which calipers I have? I read somewhere it might be stamped on it, haven't gotten under to look yet as I've been working other issues since I bought it few months back. Mine is the access SR5 4.7L 4x4 without the off-road package, I think.

Used those brake pads on car quest premium rotors (cheaper due to shipping). Work great. Lots of opinions on this in many threads.

It's a number that's cast/ stamped onto it like you said. It should be in between the where the brake line goes in and the bleeder valve.

To change from S13WE to 13WL though, the only limiting factor is the wheels. If you're on OEM Toyota wheels, they'll fit. They're a larger caliper that sometimes do not fit aftermarket 16" wheels. There's quite a few people on here that made this change I'm suggesting and now is the time.

Its stamped on the caliper on the inner side if that makes sense. Here mine says 13wl above the mounting bolt ear.

    Alright cool. I'll take a look. I am running a 2.5" Roughcountry lift with 285/75R16 KM3 mounted on 16x8 wheels with a -10mm offset. Should fit...I hope.

Depending on which caliper it has oem, do I want to stay with the same type of caliper then? I've done a BBK on my '08 M3 with APracing and there was a template to use to ensure clearance. So this will be my second brake mod but bit unfamiliar with the Tundra as it's new to me.

They clear my 16x8 Methods with 0 offset.

Sorry for the giant snip-it but I used this calculator when I was picking my tire/wheel combo. I'm not sure what the stock wheel offset is but looking it up, says 10 -10 so somewhere in between I guess. But if so, I'm guessing it'll clear also.

I'm willing to bet it'll clear your wheels too. Worst case scenario if they don't, they might let you return and swap for the other part number.
