Installed the Victory 4x4 rear door table. They had a few parts missing (rubber bump stops and a couple screws/nuts) and their Rivnut "tool" needed to be ...updated. ;)
So far, I like it. Latch system longevity will be....interesting.

How I keep it from rattling until the bump stops get here.

How I made their Rivnut tool usable by adding the two 5/16 nuts and 1 washer. Their "design" depends on that thin sheetmetal keeping that Rivnut from turning which doesn't happen.

What's up with the latch issue? Holding up? Why question it?

Just the way the latch interfaces with the table. Latch is rubber and has a spherical interface. Not a real positive feel to latching but it neither side has come loose and table does not rattle. Have not had it at below zero temps but it's held in the 20s. So far, after 6 months, I really like the setup and no issues.

Quick question, how did the rubber patch attach to the plastic in the tail gate?

If you look at the original post, everything attaches to the table frame. The frame attaches to the inner door skin (metal) and the rest are through the door panel with screws and locknuts. It's rated at 50lbs if I remember correctly.
Edit: All .120 aluminum other than the rubber bump spacers and rubber latches.
