So - I didn't know quite where to put this in the garage section, so if someone knows a better place, please let me know.

    Two questions:

    1) So my new to me truck just started hyper blinking the left blinker. I replaced the front blub (looked good) - still hyper blink; replaced the rear (looked ok) - still hyper blink. Thoughts? Do I just need to try another bulb? (Sylvania Long Life coil-burner)

    2) I popped up the rear seats the other day (with the sun out) an noticed this in the center support leg

Doesn't feel damp there - is there a leaking issue I should know about that these trucks have? (2018 SR5 CM) My '13 Ram 2500 I know had an issue with defrosting causing leakage under the rear seat. Thought I would check before tearing into things.

    thanks!

bringing this to the top - hoping there's someone with an idea or thought on the bolt.

UPDATE on the hyper flash - my truck is wired for CK bulbs - got the replacement from local yota parts shop and worked perfectly. Always helpful to use the correct blub. Thought occurred to me after purchasing iHacker's wiring harness

Have you owned the truck since new?

Can't tell from the first picture but is it just that one side or are there multiple floorboard bolts that have corrosion on them?

no, this is new to me. It is only the middle floorboard bolt - the other two (left and right) are perfectly fine - no rust or anything on them

Just checked my 2016 and the bolts are clean and dry without any rust. I would pull the back seat out and check under the carpet in that area as this is not normal.

    Regarding the rust:

I recall couple of maybe related things:
1> the 3rd brake light on top of the cab leaking and water seeping down.
2> recall some rust pictures like yours and Toyota was fixing it. Can't remember what the issue was. Maybe some moisture inside and stuff didn't have rust proof coating.

Do a site search and you may find them.
