Trd pro wheels?

Has anyone tried to order the trd pro forged wheels? I wonder if that’s an option yet. I’me having a hard time spending money on tires just to put them on my stock limited 20” off road wheels. Why oh why are they 20” Toyota…

 

Aren't they like $700 per wheel retail?

 

spoke to the parts/accessories guy at my dealership on Friday and he couldn’t get them (I was thinking those as an option also).

However given the probable price and the pending availability of other similar lightweight wheels (including forged options) that may be the same price or cheaper…and in a preferred offset) I may not bother going down that road anymore.

i do however like the look/design of those TRD pro wheels though…just prefer something that’s in the +18-+20 offset range if I can find them.

 

TRD Pro has a 1” wider track. It was awhile ago but I remember hearing the TRD Pro wheels offset make up this 1” difference. Not going to get to +20 but around +45 would still be an improvement.

When I bought trd pro wheels for my Tacoma I think they were like 400$ each at most. But I didn’t buy them through the dealership.

 

I like the looks of the limited off road wheels. I actually think they look better the the pros. It’s just the size that bothers me. I don’t want wheels that stick out any further. Idk maybe I’ll just wait until the next tire change to go that route. Everything’s so much cheaper when not bought through the dealership anyway.

 

Tundras are different, they are forged BBS. Tacoma TRD Pro wheels are just regular alloy

 

I had to look them up. They are a cast aluminum wheel. And they cost about 150$ each.
