Color trade? My Blueprint for your…

Anyone near the PNW end up with a color they settled on but were dreaming of a blueprint? I’ve got a blueprint crewmax with a 6.5’ bed. TRD off-road with black leather and 14” screen. Not sure how it would shake out with the swap but I’d be interested in a talk. Would love a MGM, white or black. Currently 150 miles and I’ll keep driving it. I’ll post a picture and build sheet if anyone is serious. I live in Bellingham WA.

 

If in a sales tax state that would be $$$. Don't think it is as easy as just swapping. Would have to buy each others and the sale would be taxed. ( I could be wrong tho)

 

If it’s handled as a sale with a trade, tax is only paid on the difference, right?

 

Would have been less of a headache to not even buy a color that wasn't wanted. When I bought my truck it took a few months....I didn't want black, white, or MGM. Those are the common ones around here. CB is rare, some Barcelonas, and still have not seen a Lunar.

 

OP, you could just vinyl wrap it.

Took a week but it grew on me. Looks good with a little grime on it.

 

Glad it is growing on you! It is gorgeous! Any side shots? i don't know that i've actually seen a crewmax with a 6.5 bed! (and i'm YET to see one of these in the wild. Possibly a downside of working from home and not doing the daily commute anymore)

 

I haven’t seen one in person yet either and I’ve been going out of my way to drive through the lot of any nearby dealer in my travels. Oh well

 

I think @RavingOx is right about taxes, should be no tax if you trade straight across. Also that’s a nice color. I wonder what it looks like with a custom front bumper .
