I hate to hear that it doesn't work for you. I found it to be a huge improvement over my GMC Canyon cab. I can actually carry adults in the back now.

Trust me it was disappointing to me. Keep in mind. I stand 6'5". When I get into my my 17, I don't touch the door frame at all getting in or out. On the 22, I felt like I was having to do yoga to get in and out. I didn't even take it for a drive. I was like what's the point. I just got out and told the sales rep no thanks. Keep in mind I was prepared to buy one that day whether it was on the lot or to order one.

Oh I am sure it's bigger than the Canyon. What I was saying is that if you put my 17 and the 22 side by side. It's like looking at a Silverado and Colorado side by side to some extent. I saw someone who has posted a picture of the before and after and I thought about a movie line. That line was "I shall call you mini me". It's like they took a 17-21 Tundra and clicked print at 90% scale of the original. If you get the opportunity, go get into a used one at a dealership when you are getting a oil change or whatever on your new one, you will see exactly what I mean.

I may have to do that, I would definitely be curious to see! Good luck to you in your search, I definitely know how frustrating it can be.

ya, thats why Im concerned, Im almost as tall as you are and I fell like I already have to bend in half to get into this one, so if the new one is way worse, it may be tough
