My panic alarm seems to go off when it is cold outside. I think it is when the sun hits the drivers side or hood and is possibly causing the door or hood sensor to sense expansion and then be triggered? Anyone have this issue and a possible fix?

It hasn't done it now for several weeks that is have been 34+ during the day, but this am it was around 26 this AM and it just did it when it reached 36 outside. I just unlocked it to turn it off and I the re-slammed all the doors and re-locked it and it is OK now.

I am thinking about unplugging the hood latch sensor and just jumping it to see if that is the issue.
