First post, I checked the previous threads but didn't find anything on this. Maybe this is unique to me. Does anyone get a blurred or double image in their drivers side mirror? It especially shows on car lights. I thought the mirror was vibrating but it does it at a full stop.

I do not have this problem. Sorry. Can you get a pic that shows this blur or double image? Might be hard to capture.

Mine never did this. Now I have Toyota tow mirrors and they don't do that either. There are three screws that hold up the mirror. Make sure that none of them came loose.

yep bank account is running low from it..
Shouldnt this be under warranty? If so dealer time.

Either loose mirror bolts or padding on the back of the mirror is not correct or assembly is not tight in the mirror housing.

2014 tundra crew 1794. Thanks for the tips ill check for snugness but i was able to find other posts w/ similar complaints. My truck has heated and i think autodimming mirrors. I believe thats the issue, others had similar descriptions of ghost like images.

Thats under warranty. Take it to the dealer they can find a exact cause of the problem.

I have a 2015 1794 and my driver side mirror definitely has a double/blurred image. It is most prevalent at night which makes me think it is the dimming function. The dealer claims to have changed it at my previous visit. But still no help so I went today again and drove it around with the head manager and he said he cannot see anything since it was day time so I got him to drive into the shop and look out into the daylight then he and his shop foreman claimed to have faintly seen something. Now they said they can't replace a second time and must contact the factory
