First of all I have been mostly a Toyota fan since 1976. I left a couple of times and regretted it every time. Every make that i switched to had problems in the first week or month. With that off my chest let me tell you about this truck. Man what a pleasure to drive. The sweet spot for gas mileage is between 57 and 63 mpg. You should get the mileage that has been posted. Love the turbos and get up and go. Lots of goodies plenty of storage. Took a 250 mile trip and average 22.4 mpg. Could have been better but my brother hustled the truck and so did i several times just loving the sound. Trying to get familiar with everything with the surround camera system just awesome. If you have problems parking or backing then this is the ticket. Really sharp detail. If anyone has any info on bed covers or manual foot step for bed let me know please. Looking forward to chatting with all of you.

I've pretty consistently never gotten the advertised mileage out of a vehicle. I blame it on a heavy foot, our high elevation, and 80mph speed limits!
Glad you're liking the new truck!

Shameless plug, but we (Hotshot Offroad) can help you out with the bed cover solution. Just shoot me a message, and we can talk through options!
