Does anyone know if the 2022 Platinum and 1794 come standard with Mudguards?

NO mudguards are shown in any of the official toyota.com photos. So we'll have to assume: there is a worldwide mudguard shortage.

I went back to the Tundra site and noticed on the TRD Off Road Package ($2,140) Mudguards are listed with that option. I hope that is not the only option I have for Mudguards. If that is the case that is a thumbs down for the 2022 Tundra.

I have the 2022 Platinum and it does not have mudguard. I went to the dealership to see if I could order them and they were around $60 a piece without the hardware. He suggested I wait and see if the will be available as an accessory next year.

Congratulations and Thank You for the response. I'll wait to order my 1794 until next year. Although I am now undecided whether to get the Platinum or 1794. I like the dark wheels with the Blueprint

Make the deal with a salesman and the other clown then agree to sign after they add an IOU a full set of (4) mud flaps plus installation. They say no, you walk. They will call you before you get home.

I fell that for the top level trim, the Platinum sure didn’t get a lot of things/get options for. Here in Canada, neither the platinum nor 1794 has the option of an off road version meaning that we can’t a locking rear diff/crawl control/upgraded shocks. Not having a mud guards is not a huge issue, but just starting to get this feeling.

Did you order these? If so, did everything fit correctly? About to pull the trigger on these for my 22 1794.

Ordered them on 12/28/2021 and had a eta of 1/18/2022. Guess it's still on back order, just asked for update.

I tried to order them yesterday and was told that none were in stock in any warehouse. Therefore, they couldn't give me an ETA and it would likely be multiple months. Back to the drawing board.

Had OEM front & rear mudguards on order for about 3 weeks from local dealer. The LH & RH front mudguards came in yesterday and parts department said rear mudguards should be in next Friday. Used existing 4 screws per front mudguard making an easy and fast installation.

In Canada, there's a "stop sale" on mudlflaps due to a number of trucks being shipped from the factory without them, and supply sounds limited. Not sure who or why CDN trucks with the TRD OR pkg were designated flapless, but it's also holding up deliveries.

So if you have a 2022 crewmax and order 76622-0c080 Front LH / 76621-0c080 Front RH / 76625-0c090 Rear RH / 76626-0c090 Rear LH they should bolt right up with the existing hardware on the truck correct? Thanks!

I have the above LH & RH rear mudguards on order and assume they will work fine like the above front mudguards installed today. Also ordered & received mounting hardware that was not needed for front mudguards installed today, assume will not need mounting hardware for the rear mudguards, too.

Hope rear mudguards come in next week, will post when received and installed.

Just order mud guards from sparks, front and rear for my 2022 SR5 4x4 Crew Max. I DID NOT order hardware and was reported here at Tundras that can use existing hardware. Is this CORRECT? Thanks!

Canadian models seem to come standard with mudguards. Just got my limited today and it came with them. Saw a SR5 TRD OR in the showroom and it had them on.

Both rear mudguards came in today at the local Toyota dealer. I used existing screws, but needed one more screw per side that can be purchased from Toyota or purchased at a local Lowes or Home Depot. The screw insert for the screw to thread into was already in the wheel well.

    Two total screws needed:

Only used existing screws for the front, no extra screws needed for the front. Only needed 2 extra screws total for both rear mudguards.

Did you ever get them? I bought my Platinum 2/2 and bought a set of mudflaps with the hardware from Sparks a few days later...
