    Greetings all my first post.
I am seriously considering buying a 2022 Tundra and I know the V6 Twin Turbo is from the Lexus and (circa 2017) likely a very good engine and will be as good and odds are better than the Ecoboost, but I can't find much info on the new 10 speed transmission other than specs and it's a new design from Toyota themselves and not barrowed from the GM/Ford 10 speed transmission.

Anyone have any data on its predicted reliability?

On a clear day, I can see Seattle from my house.

Current RAM 1500 owner waiting for the new Tundra "hybrid."
The transmission is still too new to accurately predict its reliability, but it's built to handle the HP and torque of the hybrid variant of Tundra's engine.
Here's a bit of an overview of it, if you haven't seen this already.

As time passes and real world data accumulates, long-term reliability will be easier to predict.

I know nothing about this transmission but I can say with near certainty it will be better than my 2018 f-150
