Looking for a remote starter for my 2012 Tundra 4.6L. Anyone have any experience with them? Best to purchase from dealer or another supplier?

    Welcome from NY.

It's probably cheaper to go aftermarket then the dealership. Check ebay for Compustar, those are plug and play. You can do the install in about 15 minutes.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! Definitely go aftermarket for a remote starter, and make sure the installer knows Toyotas well.
