    Platinum stock wheels arrived at the shop today, back from the powdercoat guys...but they forgot to do the centre caps!!...grrrrr, so they have delayed the build until next Tuesday...after Christmas, uummmm!

    TRD sway bar and bed cover fit tomorrow, had the truck 13 days now and it's been in the shop for half of that time, oh well, some things in life are worth waiting for......

    Bedcover fitted yesterday, it's a Toyota factory item and looks pretty sweet!
    TRD rear sway bar also in place but no photo as its raining hard out there and I did not fancy lying on my back to see under the truck (I'm just a pussy.....I know!....LOL).

    Last pic of 'ZEUS' with the 'loaner' TRD 18" wheels, Platinum MBM powder coated 20" will be fitted Tuesday along with the new black mesh grille....chrome be gone!......well until the head lights and rears are changed out for black Spyders....or maybe retros??, not 100% sure yet.

    Painted the brake callipers front and rear with Dupli-Colour (brush not spray).
    Came out pretty sweet I think??

    Sun was out again today and 65 degrees....
    Spidertrax 1.25" with rims painted black, lugnut caps painted black, TRD decals applied to the red brake callipers and clear coated.
    Now I am very, very close to the stance and appearance I like, tires just slightly inside the fender flares...looking meaner by the day, ggggrrrrrrr ;)

    Busy day at base camp; third brake light lens tinted (the murdering continues), Spidertrax wheel spacer torque checked - OK, foam bath with CG Snow Foam Honeydew and chamois dry/polish, tires 'Meguaired', LED lamps fitted to cargo/high brake light (then removed, not bright enough!!! - new GTR units ordered).
    TRD Dual exhaust outlets balanced (passenger side had settled around 2" low)
    Another gloss black coat on the lug nut caps
    Low 70's here today...yeeehaw...

    Engine cover painted with VHT ceramic red, heat gun to cure and then clear coated.
    Looks 'orange' in the engine bay (iPhone HRD exposure and bright sunlight plus high gloss coat = eeugghh).
    Masking tape, a sharp razor blade and lots of patience. Kept the Yota badge chrome and why not?
