Great vacation with the wife and 3 kids in Blue Ridge GA…these pics taken in Murphy NC at the head of the Grape Smuggler hiking trail. Still amazes me how this color looks in different light!

Uhhh….this is next for your rig! Get the C4 front bumper…Expedition One rear!
Dual swing out! Who doesn’t want to carry a full size 35” spare!

Man you’re killing me. $3k wow. It’s nice that’s for sure, and solves the dilemma of my 37” spare taking up so much bed space (when I’m actually lugging it around on long trips).

Are the doors removable, if you only wanted to use one daily, then both for trips?

I think the backup camera interference is a deal killer for me. Love the backup cam on our trucks. I’m thinking using their relocating option to move it to above the license plate would really change the view on the cam - maybe make the warning lines not as accurate?

Looks like it’d break my BSM too. :/

Really like this thing but the cam & BSM …no bueno.

This would have been the third bumper you’ve caused me to buy WPro. My C4 Overland gets here in March.

What are you going to mount on the second door?

I need to see a pic of your truck! I’ve been thinking 37’s…but did you re gear?
The relocation of the back up camera doesn’t bother me…and the PRO doesn’t come with sensors, so no worries there.
I will leave both “doors” on, but will only have the spare tire handy day to day. As of now I don’t have a spare on trips because my dogs are in the bed! I will mount my ROTOPAX on the other arm during trips, gas and water. Uhhh, you know you wanna pull the trigger lol. You will absolutely love the C4!
Just dropped the rear off for powder coat…7-10 days, then installed immediately!

I’ll take a pic on Sat…if I remember. I didn’t regear. Stock gears have been fine. Loss of power of course but no gear hunting at all. I’d like to regear but it hasn’t been a priority.

Could you take off one of the doors if you wanted to? Are they removable?
Lol I don’t know about pulling the trigger on that one. 3k is a lot for a bumper. I do like it a lot though. Never considered an aftermarket rear bumper cause I don’t really need one. But man - it solves the tire issue - gets it out of the bed. I might get a roof rack and just throw the spare up there.

yeah I’m looking forward to the C4.

Look forward to the bumper pics after you get it installed!

I see 37’s in my future…but re gearing too.
The swing outs could be removed, but there are bearings involved, so I would be very hesitant.
I thought of the tire on my Baja Rack, but throwing 120 lbs over my head didn’t sound fun…and use a cargo carrier on trips so….that wouldn’t work. I have 8’ garage doors so I can park inside now, but not with a spare up there. I would like to see your truck…I’ll post pics ASAP of the bumper install!

Installed! The Expedition One bumper is probably one of the coolest products I have ever purchased. Unbelievable quality and fit. Took about 5 hours for me and 2 friends to install. Still waiting on my wheel/tire to come in from Discount Tire, hopefully this week. I know this bumper is expensive…but if anyone is considering it, buy it now. So great!

Wheel and tire installed! Of course they forgot to order the black bolt kit…but I’ll have them in a few days.
Lights wired up last night…need a little adjustment, but working well!

Looks great! Now you just need to fit an aux fuel tank where your spare used to be.

The tire is fully adjustable, so I have it right on the edge of my tail light so I can still see out the back window. The camera relocation kit I will do this weekend. It comes with the bumper and mounts in the license plate area. I am interested in how my view will be. I’ll post a pic when completed.

Ordered the SR center trim plate from Toyota…figured it was better than wrapping or paint as far as durability goes…along with the AJT knobs and trim rings in AG. Really happy with the turn out. It’s so easy to do IF you have the time. About a 4 hour start to finish. Pictures don’t do it justice…looks like Batman’s interior…super cool and dark!

    Thanks 300!
I have built a few Toyota’s but this is becoming my favorite! Clean and simple with quality products and a useful purpose. The Expedition One bumper is one of the coolest bumpers I have purchased. I had front and rears on my FJ that worked well…but the Tundra rear really serves a purpose of carrying a 35” spare. Build quality from EX 1 and C4 are second to none!

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted…but it’s been busy at the WEAVIN Toyota Garage! In the last few months we have added a 4 post lift, did a Westcott lift on a Tacoma Pro along with a C4 Hybrid bumper and BD lights, and another Westcott lift on a 2021 Tundra Pro with Method wheels! The garage is in full speed!!!

After months of waiting my Baja Designs LP9 Pros came in...and installed! They are ridiculously bright! The C4 bumper comes pre drilled for BD brackets so install was super easy.

Added a new family member to the Weavin Garage! 2008 Trail Teams! Found a completely stock 1 owner. We immediately added 3” Bilstein/OME lift, Method bronze wheels, and Falken RT 01 tires, with a Baja Rack!
