    Hey guys, just wanted to say hello and thank you. I picked up a 05 DC (165,000 miles) back in Oct and this forum has answered so many of my questions already. I know I should have posted on the “new members” section but I wanted to thank you all as well. Because of the 1st Gen section I found the size tires I wanted to run. Swapped out the faded headlights. Even more important, the timing belt kit I needed and all the extras I did in this process (AISIN timing belt, water pump, thermostat, radiator hoses, LL pink coolant, cam seals, serpentine belt). Next on my list is spark plugs.

    So far I love this truck. As soon as I picked her up I washed her 3 times, clay bared her twice, polished and then ceramic coated. As you can see it really brought her back to life.

    I have a lot of projects I intend to do in the near future, just wanted to make sure maintenance was all knocked out first.
