May pull the trigger on this one. Exterior color is wind chill and interior is saddle tan.

good luck, please show us the bed liner when you get it, I'm curious to see if it's any good. My Tacoma with composite bed never got the bed liner sprayed and I just used a bed mat and nothing skids
the side wall of the composite bed might still be slippery but that hardly ever matters so I'd most likely still go the bed mat route instead of the bed liner

That's the colors I would go with - cm and a 6.5 ft bed.

For 66k I'm going three quarter ton, though.

I'll stick to my paid in full, 08 DC for a long time, only 25k miles and just breaking in....$66k is insane!! To each own.

Yea, good luck on that. 66k is HD territory. These prices are insane which is why I’m sticking with what I have.,

I'm thinking about getting a 1794 too. Black with zero options. Stock is perfect.

Sounds like a really nice truck. Take some pictures for us if you pull the trigger. I would love to hear some opinions on the driving dynamics from a non-YouTuber.

You could always get a sr5 with trd package for 50k if you just wanted to pay less. 1794 is luxury territory. Luxury is expensive.

I am getting the same exact color same trim. I am getting hit with extra add on fees and I am getting the short bed. Looks like you are not getting anything like that added on. I think your potential deal is a better one overall from a pure cost perspective.

    LB vs short bed
Advance package and power boards vs TRD off road
Toyogurad and paint protector fees vs 0 fees for such

the 6 gallon of gas topic has been discussed more than you would care to know. They will fill the tank upon purchase.

Good to hear. I hovered over the 3rd gen posts for months but decided on a ‘21.

Which is higher? The 6 gallon topic for gen 3 or the transmission cooler topic from gen 2.5?

    enjoy the truck!

TRD Off Road is a must if you buy the 4x4 IMO. I wish they can put HUD as a separate option so I can have TRD off-road packet + HUD. Then this truck is COMPLETE FOR EVERYTHING FOR YEARS.

I will still buy it at 66k. Consider I'll drive this truck till the end of the world (till the time that gas vehicles will be the unicorns on the road). Probably a bargain? Finger crossed...
Ordered 1794 Red exterior + saddle tan interior + TRD OFFROAD package. Hopefully can get delivery no later than next Spring! I'll probably put it on Taro to neutralize the cost TBH.

Jason. I could not agree more. The HUD would make the truck perfect. I don't understand why it is not an option. I wonder if there will be anyway to add it later ?

How do you have an 08 DC with only 25k miles on it is the bigger question!?!?!? You got a time capsule, keep it forever!!!

The TRD OR Package for my 2022 SR5 Sport cost $4,280.00 per the build or vehicle detail sheet sent to me. It is exactly double the cost above of $2,140.00.....Is my dealer slipping it in or does this cost vary per model because some items are already included in some base packages...?

I don't think they fool you. Higher trim may already include some features as standard which will lower the cost for a package. This is quite usual for manufacturers. It's always better off to buy a higher trim with less packages over buy a lower trim with many packages for best bang.

HUD installation is kinda big project for a car. Maybe HUD is not compatible with off road package physically. I watched many reviews but no reviewers mention HUD even in the TRD Pro model.
Unfortunately I don't think this can be done aftermarket. Without HUD, this Tundra won't be "perfect" but very close, because of the 12 inch digital cluster. That's why I change my initial preorder from limited to 1794.

Let’s be honest no prices yet no nothing. My guess just like the rest sr5 crew 45-50 starts.
Not sure but here a 2022 1794 sticker from a dealership around my area. I was figuring that.

The real this is what’s the pro 437hp 550tq price? That what we all would take. My guess 65-70k anyone look at Toyota click on new tundras models and noticed that only the 1794 model got longer. Watch the bed. Looks 8’ crew max compared to rest. Maybe 8’ beds in making. I’m still saying a diesel in 2-3 yrs when they go all electric. But we’ll will see.

my 2020 TRD crew is 1yrs old 17k and worth msrp 52K give take 1500. Dealership wants to low ball me at 42k market up there’s 2500 because market value. I said kiss my ass, I’ll keep mine.

I also believe this to be real because this dealership is nicely stock with loaded and ok I can afford models. Plus lifted Tundys and Tacos. With wheel packages, ridge lighting packages taking let’s a 48plus tundra putting 15 to 20k on add ons.

must be part of the Toyota mafia dealership. In a 100 radius from this is the only dealership that has vehicles on lots or in transit. Others maybe 10 which 8-9 are being bought in transit, this dealership 40-50.

what I’m meaning is for 2022 tacos, 4Runner, ravs, cams, alvos. Also this dealership in that same radius is showing 10 or so 2022 tundras. All being mostly sr5 with 57-58k msrp but can’t see sticker. Only the one I’ve posted.

Your dealer gave you bad info. You can’t get the sport package and off road package. Sounds like you got a truck with trd off-road “premium” package.
