2007 Double cab 4WD,78" bed, silver,5.7 liter

K&N air filter. Clean mass air flow sensor. Put on a set of Michelin Defender LTX-MS tires. put Snake Oil in engine. All trying to get better gas mileage. Put Plano box in bed behind cab and bolted it to the bed

Has anyone used this guys modification to the throttle body? Know any one who did? Whats the scoop? How about his Snake Oil?I put some in my 2007 DblCab 4WD, and haven't noticed any great change.
