front end swap, bed swap in near future, paint to come (leaning towards quicksand bed liner)
I thought I’d share my progress on 2008 Crewmax build. 14 conversion front end, tailgate, interior swap. Still lots of work to do but I’m happy with it so far. Just painted with quicksand bed liner last night. I’ll share more pictures as I go.

Having some wiring issues going from separate high and low beams to a combined high/low in a single bulb. Anyone have diagrams or suggestions? Thanks

Damn that exterior finish is cool as hell!

What did you use for the “TRD pro” raised logo on the bedside?

eBay or Amazon have the letters. It’s the ones to fill the stamped lettering on trd pro. I masked them off them sprayed the product.

Here is the updated pictures. Next up is black bed liner. Nobody has any solutions on headlights?

That is sick. Hows the paint holding up? Did you do any prep before hitting it with the sandy bedliner?

Sorry it took a while to get back on here. Paint is holding up great! It’s super durable and resists paint fade. My jeep was same job and lasted the 4 years I owned it with no issues. It takes a lot of sanding and part removal, prep is very important.

Parts list is out on other forums. It’s basically an entire 14 and up front end.
