Fog Lights - Bulb switch out VS Diode Dynamics

Quick question: Im thinking about either changing out the stock Rigid fog lights to Diode Dynamics Max pro or would it be way cheaper just to replace the actual LED bulbs.

I have bought LEDs from this place before, and have had good success. Just curious is anyone here replace just the fog light bulbs?

The LEDs are only $60 compared to $500.

I don’t know exactly what Rigid fog lights the Pro has but I have used them (not the stock ones from Toyota) on other trucks. I will simply say this…the Diode Dynamics Pro amber is hands down one of the best fog lights I have ever had (Rigid and Baja Designs). Their cutoff is amazing, the clarity is great, and the work extremely well for their intended purposes as a fog light. Yes Rigid and Baja Designs make great lights too but they are too bright too be used as fog lights. I had many driving lights but now highly prefer the DD fogs because they don’t blind people but give an incredible amount of ground light. For what my opinion is worth…

 

Agree. And DD Max Amber is even better.
