Anyone pick up the tune pack yet for the 2020-2021 Tundras? Worth it with no other modifications?

Just trying to decide whether I should buy the tune pack for the VFTuner software/hardware that I already own or if I should just go ahead and sell my VFT/OVT stuff and buy the tuner from D3.

Matt probably makes the software for D3. I don’t know of anybody more knowledgeable.

Based on some PM messages with the user who was working closest with D3, I don't believe that is the case here but is totally possible.

Anybody with a 2019-2021 purchased a tune from either of these? Neither seem to be popular on this forum.

OV vF Tuner is popular just not the vendor's customer interactions. D3 is an unknown quantity at this point.

@nobodyintexas has used D3s product and services. The company also has an account on the forums though I forget what their handle is

    To much to list:)
Not in stock yet and he writes his own tunes (D3). I talked to him in length a couple weeks ago. I am in the list to get one when they get the chips?? Everything is about shipping and a chip these days. I think his name is Dennis and I left him a message today.

Just got off the phone with them,, they did a stage two Harrop and they are watching that to make sure everything runs right and they will be blasting that out shortly. The chip shortage is still a problem but they hope to have some stock in January sometime.

Dennis has a high HP Tundra (mag).

    good people.

I asked for a certain tune & got it.

Don't know what software they use - but like i said earlier, it work like all the others. (Toyota FitKit + Mag base tune is what they used to build mine)

as far as the medium to upload it - they are all equal.

    it's the tune that matters.

I've got VFTuner and their tune pack on my 2021 tundra, First impressions I loved it, it's been 5 or 6 months now running it daily driver (here in -35c Canada Winter as well) and great so far. The user interface and general available guides and help for using it is very limited, the support is sometimes slow but will eventually get back to you has been my experience. (Apparently this is also being improved but only time will tell) VFT did some recent huge update with 1.7 but I haven't applied that yet, I'm lost in the sauce on how to do so but I'll be updating hopefully soon once support gets back to me.
