Truly a subjective topic. I had the 12" DD with the resonator and it was too loud for me. I am just fine with the stock system.

Just curious.....what was the worst part for you. I have the 12" DD and it's just right for me, and I don't like loud exhausts.

Like you said - truly subjective.

What length mufflers? How does it compare to the TRD duals?

That looks like an interesting setup.
X pipe to mufflers with resonators welded in?

Not sure on length but definitely much better than the TRD. Deep low tone.

I have the SS Gibson Metal Mulisha cat back with an 8 inch tip, sounds amazing to me. Very deep tone, its not quiet but sounds great and looks bad ass :)

I'd love to hear the sound if you happen to have a clip. Are they the 10 inch mufflers?

Good to know. I've ran SpinTech on previous trucks because I like supporting local companies but I was curious how bad the drone would be on a Tundra because everyone complains about drone on this site if it's not Dirty Deeds.

What are y'all using for tips? Looking to spice up the tailpipe a little hit, I know it's 2.75" before the flare, how long do we need? Looking at a 2.75" ID to 4" OD that's 12" long

DD's. there like.... the sound of a Tundra Giant singing in the woods, like a 20' crocodile mating at the edge of the swamp, like a 15" sub softly rumbling underneath your feet, like a magical heavy metal riff growling to the crowd. DD's are undisputed BA's.

sorry I never saw this. The spintech i used was the sportsman xl. It had enough resonance that I wouldn’t want to tow the travel trailer with it. I ran it back when i was single and liked the louder truck

One off system from Fithy Feats Fab, using a x pipe and borla cans. No drone and it sounds amazing. I love supporting local! 79E38929-C286-48DC-87C2-FF886A5121E7.jpg

Don’t know if it’s the best but I like the 18” Magnaflow. I’ll be adding dual staggered 3” tips in a week or so.
It definitely wins out over the stereo on most days.
