Check the build link in my signature.
Hit the wiring diagram thread in my signature and you’ll be able to check and compare the pin outs and connectors for all the different options.

There are a lot of common connections and some that aren’t. You’ll also need the GPS antenna.

I came across your comment in my search. I currently have a 2008 CM with JBL and NAV. It doesn't have bluetooth and it drives me crazy. I just spent $250 on this adapter thing that let's me connect my phone via bluetooth to my OEM dash unit. The interface is garbage and I want something different. What I would like to do is just put another stock dash unit into my truck that has bluetooth in it but I don't know if I can. Do you know if I am able to just put a 2013 JBL dash unit into my 2008? I have a feeling that I can't because that would make my life to easy. If I do end up switching it out I'll let you know in case you still want a dash unit.

Sad to report... None of the different year models are interchangeable. The E7013 went from 2007-2009, then the E7026 went from 2010-2013 and so on... I have searched for hours. Crutchfield.com did a deep dive and has some solutions. I am going to send mine off to one of the repair companies advertised on E-BAY. My CD player quit 7 years ago so I used the AUX, now that quit 5 months ago, so I am out of luck dj-ing my own music. Funny thing however, the GPS has never stopped working and I was told that was the first feature that quits!

Aftermarket halo headlights with HID, various LED bulb replacements. 17" Fuel Blitz wheels with some 33" Nitto terra grapplers. Hoodscoop, nfab nerfbars, Bushwacker flares. No-name aftermarket grille, led fender extensions. Black Horse bambi-basher. Various offroad lights.
I've got a 2008 jbl/nav HU with a 2016 nav dvd in it. Never got around to listing it in the 2nd gen marketplace. Hit me up if you're still looking for one.

What do you mean Crutchfield has a solution? A solution to no bluetooth? What are you getting repaired through Ebay? My system works great I just don't have bluetooth which bugs me. This is the thing I just installed on Saturday.

It works but it is kinda hokey. I had to take the whole dash unit out. At that point I should have just put a new unit in. Have you considered just getting an aftermarket dash unit? I can't decide which one to get and am a little worried about being able to wire it in.

Do you still have this? Mine just went haywire and I no longer have a functional screen.
