    Flux capacitor!
Nice job! Did you tie them into your reverse or a dedicated switch? Are your end caps metal or the reinforced plastic molding?

I didnt need extra light for reverse but wanted something on demand anytime I needed to light an area. Used a relay as recommended in the beginning of this thread. Grabbed main power and ground from the wire harness going to the trailer plug and got the switch power from the OEM LEDs in the bed. So now I can use the existing switch for the cargo/bed lights and these will come on at the same time.

That's a different way to do it. Sounds like you got it all worked out nicely. Since you tied your duallys lights into the bed light switch did you change the stock fuse to allow for the additional amps?

Wasn't required. The power taken from the bed light switch is only used to activate the switch in the relay. The lights are pulling power from the trailer plug.

Plus, I didn't want to use a fuse that exceeded the existing wiring.
