BUYER REMORSE when Ordering from our site and paying with Paypal

    We only accept paypal on our site as its the only way you and I are both protected . A few months ago Paypal made a policy where we as the seller do not get any Paypal fees back when we refund an order you want to cancel.So please make sure you want a product before ordering . I had two customers from this Forum order stuff and change their mind hours later. I lost over 50 dollars for doing nothing wrong . Now I could have made them eat that 50 dollars but that is not how we do business . But I cant lose money constantly either so from today moving forward if you buy from us and have buyers remorse and want a refund it will be minus paypal fees .

    Honestly I do not know that it was a mistake . 1 guy bought something that was out stock and he paid way to much for it also . Which I told him that and told him i would send something way better than that and that is more in line of what he paid. And the crazy part is I could have not said a word ordered what he bought and just shipped it to him letting him pay fill retail for it which is what my site list it for if its out of stock. And it says Out of Stock right below the crazy high price . But I couldn't do that

    I use stripe for payment processing on my website. When I was comparing options they had the lowest transaction fees and I get a full refund for cancelled orders. (I loose the transaction fee on refunds, but not on cancellations.)
    I don't sell retail consumer items so maybe our use-cases are different, but I just allow my customers to rely on the purchase protection policies established by their credit card provider. If they aren't happy they can always just refute the charges with their card provider.
    I don't know if stripe has a plugin solution already available for your site, but I've been using them for about 5 years now and I'm happy with them so far.
