Has anyone here ever ran Red Cone in their Tundra? I have been eyeing it for next summer.

 

I ran it in a 1st gen 4 door. Was tight in the trees. There is a z-turn that will require about a 5 point. The main obstacles were no big deal but years bring more erosion and possible difficulty.

@thefatkid did you run it recently? I'm in a 2017 tundra DC 2 in lift and 34s and really want to run that trail

 

Anybody know if there is a work around for the ARB summit bumper on a 2021 tundra trd pro? Apparently they are listed as incompatible due to the toyota safety sense BS. Planning on calling toytec in the morning to see if they're aware of any solution.

Hey Everyone, the family and I are driving up to Colorado Springs area (Green Mountain Falls to be exact) the week of Christmas. Looking for things to do and places to eat around Colorado Springs and we may drive up to Denver one day and up to Breckenridge to visit a friend that is the GM at Breckenridge Distillery. Appreciate any recommendations

I’d recommend spending a little time in both Manitou Springs and Woodland Park. Cool little towns for sure. In Manitou there’s a pretty good restaurant called Adams Mountain Cafe I’d recommend for food. There’s good restaurants in Woodland Park as well. Can’t remember the name of it but there’s a good Mexican food place there in town, and a nice brewery right on the corner of Hwy 24 and Midland Ave called Bierwerks. It’s next door to the dinosaur museum as well. Not sure if the Pikes Peak highway is open yet or not (they’re close to finished or maybe finished by now on construction of the new summit house and visitors center) but that could be fun to take a cruise up to 14,115’. You could also hike the Manitou incline if you’re ambitious, but it’s relatively hardcore and requires an “appointment” since the pandemic struck. Anyhow, hope you guys have a blast and happy holidays!

Hey All, ok here! Been watching this develop all day and night as that is just west of where we lived for 30+ years and where I worked at JeffCo Airport for 16 years. We are building a home near Berthoud and are renting in Windsor at this time to be closer to the action in Berthoud. Hope you are all well, thoughts and prayers to folks in Boulder/Broomfield Counties, unbelievable losses.

 

My company is doing work on some new homes in Superior and we had to evacuate them today. Really scary shit! Hope everyone is okay!

Girl works for BC SO; she’s out all night tonight. She likely won’t be home for a few days but is doing important work and is safe. I’m hopeful to get ordered and start helping tomorrow.

I'd like to donate some clothes. Do you know where to send clothes? Boulder Co OEM, says go to the local non-profit thrift stores, but I feel like there has to be something more effective.

 

The other option was the YMCA, but their Twitter says they have everything for now and are not accepting any more. But they will update if the need arises.
