Best product to get a deep shine? What about the chrome grill?

Currently my routine is about every 2-4 weeks (more towards 4 weeks in the winter) I use Meguiar’s Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner.

I wax using Meguiar’s Mirror Glaze Professional Synthetic Sealant 2.0.

I also use the Meguiars Detailer Non- Acid Wheel & Tire Cleaner.

On the black trim I use 303 Aerospace Protectant.

On the interior I use leather wipes and 303 on the doors and dash.

What else can I use for a deep shine?B5690B05-CA8A-4A41-A7B9-3F6C3F2A0A01.jpg

    -Full paint correction.
    - ceramic coating
    - then just maintenance wash and ceramic detail sprays after that.

Remove the glass, lights, and tires, then chrome plate the whole thing followed by a reinstall of the glass, lights, and tires. I mean jeezus, why not just blind everyone on sunny days?

lots of good products out there.

I have had nice results using megs ultimate, followed up with a top coat of beadmaker. Keeps my truck very black, glossy and protected for 4 months. Use it on the chrome, lights, etc. too.

Applying a sealant every 2 - 4 weeks is overkill. That may be part of your issue. I've found that some sealants give good protection and gloss, but mute the depth of the paint. I think this is particularly evident on darker vehicles. A good quality sealant will give you months of protection, not weeks. I'm not a huge fan of Gold Class...not because it's a bad soap, but because like a lot of soaps, it leaves gloss enhancers behind. I prefer a soap that does not...like Meguiars Hyperwash. I believe the sealant you are using is polymer based, so Bead Maker would be an excellent choice to top it with at your regular wash intervals.

As Danman34 suggested, a full paint correction followed by a ceramic coating would be the optimal choice. Has your truck ever had a full decontamination? If you do not want to go the route of a full correction...a full decon, followed by a light polish will enhance the paint. You could then follow it up with your sealant, or perhaps a spray coating, like Dr Beasleys LS-10.
