    Finally had it installed.
TRD Dual Exhaust installed first, then Valhalla Shield. Had it Line-X, and came out nice.
Thank you for the awesome product.

Nice...how much did the piece weigh in comparison to the non-Line-X pieces?

Not sure. But wasn't much a difference. Still felt the same weight after line-x.

I believe it was $100, but I had 3 other things to line-x at the time and my total after tax was $340.

You got to love Houston. Now they are using tow truck to grab the whole vehicle in under 45 seconds, tow about 2 miles and then remove the converters. You can even make this crap up anymore....

The cat plates are located behind the oil pan, so no chance of interference with oil changes. They are well made, fit great, and I feel confident any would be thief would just move on to a different target.

The front skid plate would be the only plate that could cause interference with oil changes. I don't yet have that plate but I'm sure there well thought out and present no problems with oil changes. The same can't be said for the OEM plate on my Truck!

Yea, HPD and the Sherriff all but useless and they have an excuse now with the liberals. Beyond a speeding ticket they don't have the aptitude to address the crimes. Good news every single night I see the criminals killing each other. So in reality Houston is further ahead on getting the felony murders off the street. Always funny it the same demographic every single night on the news, even with the liberal media.

That one only covers the 2 front cats and the rear 2 are exposed. The ValhallaShields have both front and rear plates to cover all 4 cats.

Question. I watch the videos of the scum stealing cats as we all have but one question comes up with many of the videos especially the Prius videos is what the hell are they using the extra, extra long drill for. I mean its no secret that on our trucks a basic cordless reciprocating saw makes short order of the crime but can't help but wonder what the F the two foot long drill bit is for. No, not looking for the secrets of making meth just if an electrician comes to my house and walks in the front door with a jackhammer I'm also going to get curious and ask questions.

Nice it looks like you have a TRD pro front skidplate too. Did you get the 1/4 aluminum cat plate?

not sure how to search this thread so I have to ask, for a 2021 Tundra SR5 Crewmax, how many plates do I need to deter cat theft???
I do have a truly top of the line alarm system that has Tow alarms and a geo fence with cellular connection and ignition disconnect but for the times when i'm on the road in the near future or say a night out i'd like to look into getting the plates, not picky on the look just the protection as i'm not getting my Tundra lifted in the foreseeable future, Thanks !

You’ll need 2 plates to cover all 4 of your cats. Doesn’t matter how good of an alarm you have, they can have them cut off within 60 seconds. See this thread for more info:

Hi all, new to the forum and a new Tundra owner. I have a 2006 and am having trouble finding shields/kits for anything older than 2007. Will the 2 Valhalla's fit for me? And a secondary noob question - does a standard local shop install these or do you have to go to a body shop? Sorry for the dumb questions, thanks!

    Alot of them
They bolt on. For a 2006, go to one of your local metal fabricators and they can make something for you. Show them some of the pics from the forum so that they can see what you are looking for.

I owe Tyler another Huge round of thanks for making such a great product. We had to make an emergency trip to College Station Tx yesterday due a family emergency. I got a room at the Embassy Suites and ended up parking in the garage on the top deck. We went to eat and go to the Hospital earlier this morning, when I got back there was a guy in a 13 Sequoia parked two spots down from me, he started up and Roar, no cats, then a newer Tundra TRD Pro about six spaces down was walking out at the same time. He didn’t even try to start his truck he got down and looked and they were also gone. I saw 3 other Tundras in the garage this morning and hope they didn’t get hit also. So if your on the Fence on buying cat protection stop and get them.
