It's $100 for a cheap pancake these days man. That's cheaper than a damn detail job anymore!

    Speaking of running in place.
Wires came in for the Prius. Mailman finally used the tote for packages & put the package in the tote. Finally, only took 3 years.
Opened up the box of wires & found - 2 toyota oil filters.

WT? Guess my label went on someone else's order. So yet another week delay on this neverdone project. :frusty:

I had the browser tab still open and I think it's possible this link would still work for photos, just in case anyone is interested after the fact.

Just bought some tail light guards for a 2005 tacoma, ditch light brackets, and what appears to be yellow Baja lights for $100

Ditch light brackets say GS on them. Never heard of them.
    20211030_055705.jpg

Lights have a vent plug on the bottom of them with a website on it. www.suyang-tech.com. Neat.
    20211030_055718.jpg

    Side view of vent plug.
    20211030_055734.jpg

I was only interested in modifying the tail light guards to fit the V6. None of this other schtuffff was mentioned in the Fakebook advert. Older feller just bought the truck a month ago and didn't want all this stuff. Lol

I've got LED lights coming out my fuckin nose now!

Based on their website, it looks like they're just a Chinesium supply warehouse for all things plastic. They definitely made the housing plug. I dug pretty deep on the site but don't see anywhere they're doing electronics. Just misc plastics for medical, manufacturing, etc.

Anyway, good score. May not know who really made the lights until you pop the front off and look at any components or PCB inside. They look pretty good quality, but I'm not one to judge a book by its cover....

So, as you can see, I'm getting no help from the SHO forum. 18 hours and no responses. I now rely on you guys. Why the fuck do my guages not light up? I replaced the dimmer switch, and it works. Why are my guage lights not working?

    Daytime shot of said guages:

Sure looks like the light is only bleeding through the gaps and the gauge faces do not let light through.

I'm pretty sure those speedhut white face guages are an overlay on the original guages. You think that'd do it?

I also have this guage cluster in the other 91:

I could swap that in, but once again, the mileage. I dunno. I don't know what to do.
