Vivid Racing - Awful

My experience with this company has been awful. I do not recommend using them for anything. If you have the option to go elsewhere, do so.

Stay away.

 

I made the mistake of buying through them once last fall. Absolutely terrible customer service! Never buy from them.

 

Theyre named after a porn company.
Can't expect a lot.

 

Just called AGAIN about my cancelation. Today apparently is when they will process it .

I can't believe how they can stay in business. I'm not really one to provide feedback or be vocal, but dealing with Vivid Racing was the absolute worst experience I think I have ever had with a vendor.

 

I've tried to make an order with them before, they were listing available parts that's were not available, they were actually discontinued.

 

I ended up calling the manufacturer and luckily they were smaller and had great customer service so they stepped up and took over the order directly. Might be worth a shot @1UP because I went through that same BS. "It should ship today or tomorrow..." "It's Wednesday, so you'll see a tracking number by the end of the week..."

 

That's a good call. I just don't want them to profit off of me now. It's the principle of it all at this point.

 

I would simply call the credit card company, get your refund and find the product somewhere else (even if you have to pay a bit more).

 

I tried to buy a set of "protoype"wheels from the owner of vivid and he was a complete *** toward me. I echo the sentiments in this thread. Not sure how these guys are still in business actually lots of customer complaints can be found online.

 

Sorry to hear that. The person I dealt (I believe it was Boris) with was very honest about what was and was not in stock, or if they didn’t know they researched and got back to me before I placed an order.

 

The best way to Deal with vivid racing is to not deal with vivid racing.
