I have 2019 limited with the dual zone a/c controllers pretty sure the blend door control is messed up since it's only blowing out the defrost. The other part of this the a/c controllers themselve do not turn on automatically after the truck is on, it takes it a little bit for them to come on. I know I still need to check fuses.

Does the whole dash need to be pulled to change the part out?

If it is like my 2009 Venza…yes.
    Isn’t 2019 warranty?

I hope I don't have to pull the whole dash for one little part. I bought it used from carmax with really low mileage. I'm at about 30k on miles so there should still be warranty, it's the fact I don't trust my Toyota dealer to do the work!

Update on status of my truck! Turns out it's not a blend door, it's the "a/c amplifier", never heard of this until now. Of course they're on back order so no telling how long it will take to come in.
