I have only seen one 2022 review showing the smaller 8 inch display.
All the demo vehicles I have seen show the 14 inch display with the exception of 1 SR5 Driven by some Canadian fellas..
From what i can tell from the Canadian order guide the 14 inch comes in limited trim and higher.
With no mention of adding the 14 inch as an option.. So keep that in mind when deciding on the model you want09246BF4-B66E-4376-8754-385BEFD07EF5.jpg

I have heard it’s an option but you basically have to “check all the boxes”

Here is the Canadian order guide.
Maybe someone could decipher it better than i. Lots of good details.

I don't think the SR5 will have the same "value" that previous models did.

Even that side latch for the tailgate doesn't come on anything lower than a limited.

I much prefer the smaller screen. I have no real interest in having a tablet sitting above my dash.

Based off that build sheet above, the SR5 with the TRD Off Road package is what I'd be buying.

I wanted a faster vehicle so I also bought a Chevy SS... because 4 door sedans with big V8’s are hilarious.
Kind of a downer, looks like the Limited is what Toyota hopes to make the volume seller. If they price it right, that might be OK, if they don’t a lot of buyers are going to be pretty pissed.

I have an 11" Kenwood screen in my 2021. I would absolutely pay extra for the larger screen! Makes a huge difference when driving and trying to read anything.

That's the point a lot of folks miss. If that screen is an interface to a significant amount of modes and controls, you want it big and easy to see and use while driving. Otherwise it's dangerous.

My LC has a 9" screen and I have zero issues reading anything on it, same for the 8" on the wife's Subaru.

Kind of a misnomer, isn't it? Making your "Limited" the most popular model.

Hey, if it works for GM with the Elevation/SLT and RST vs. the SLE and LT...

Thank you. I signed onto the forum initially for this reason! It doesn't look like there's a sunroof option or 14" screen for the SR5 TRD Off-Road, although I have seen a normal size sunroof on a youtube test of the 22 Tundra. Perhaps in the US you can option out an SR% Off-road with a few things we don't get here in Canada. Toyota does not offer the same options in Canada.

The 2021 Tundra SR5 Off-road was $51,730 and there was a premium trim for $54,730. The premium mainly added a moonroof and leather seats for the extra $3000. The 2022 Off-road seems to be closely related to the non-premium '21 version so i would say the price addition for the redesign should start at $51,730. Perhaps $53,500 for the off-road, $57,500 for the limited, platinum $65,000 TRD Pro $74,900.

Edit - It does not appear as though the limited model comes in lunar rock in the US but it's showing up on the Canadian build site.

I got that order guide right around the Sept launch so”its subject to change” At that time they said Candian prices are coming out Nov 21 /2021 also subject to change ..
I wish they would hurry the Truck up..

It would make sense for the Canadian version to have an SR5 Off-road "premium" version to bridge the gap in options listed in that order guide. The difference between the limited off-road and SR5 off-road are huge:
    panoramic sunroof
    14" screen
    video mirror
    tailgate button
    multi terrain monitor
    ventilated softex seats
    intelligent assist
    outlet in bed

Agreed... the release of details and pricing has been terrible. US prices are rumoured to be released Nov 1 but we are usually behind the US.
