Wanted first to thank all those over the years who have taken the time to share hard earned knowledge, support those lower in their arc of experience and for providing an excellent resource for Tundra owners.

Longtime Tundra owner w/ my 4th Tundra, have enjoyed the support of the many other owners who have been willing to put in print their successes, frustrations even failures to the benefit of folks like me. From little issues e.g. "Apple CarPlay no longer appears when I plug my iPhone in" to "how to adjust the emergency brake?".

Purchased a 2001 SR5 TRD Extended Cab, then a 2006 SR5 TRD Double Cab, a 2012 SR5 TRD Double Cab and recently purchased a 2021 Limited Double Cab, so I'm appreciative of the relatively issue free life owning a Tundra provides.

Wanted to say I've noticed a considerable difference in ride while going from a TRD suspension with Michelin LTX tires to the Limited w/ factory Bridgestone tires. I made the call to sell my low mileage 2012 in September, so the selection was slim on new 2021 Tundra's coming to dealerships w/in 500 miles of my location so I opted for this Limited Double Cab w/ Nightshade package ordered w/ some extras, but was not going to be picked up by the originator of the order.

First ride was a little underwhelming w/ strong cab roll and I could really feel the difference in tires. Sway bars have flattened out the handling, but highway driving is so dependent on tires, I'm looking forward to 35k miles or so and purchasing new ones.

Really just wanted this to be a thank you to the general community for being a resource for me and no doubt many, many others. I hope to get off the my backside and contribute here and there w/ what little I may find worthy to share.

    Thanks again, Curtis.

Thank you for the greetings and Bakershack, I was just in Andalusia working 2 weeks back, could have used some help sorting out a whole table full of food/drink at Big Mike's Steakhouse a couple of evenings....

LOL - That's a couple of hours from me. If you ever make it down to the coast (Mobile or the Eastern Shore), I'd be glad to help you out!

Will do, we've worked a few projects over the years along the coast - east or west of Mobile and enjoyed some two-bite oysters on the half shell.... nice an briny, really tasty. That's a beautiful area that offers a lot of outdoor activities and great food.

Hope you enjoy the visit, I've spent a fair amount of time in CO, sadly all work related, but talk about a diverse state - you all have it all covered except ocean front. I've had some incredible vignettes in time when a sunrise or sunset would make you just stop and soak it up for a few moments.... really a beautiful and diverse state. I won't get started on breakfast burrito's (some are worth the flight out west all on their own....)

Thank you for the welcome Beastmode1

Shameful to say, but I often drive by portals for the trails, but have never taken them in. We have a place in in the southern part of the state with miles of trails, many of our neighbors have side by sides but none are serious about getting off-road. My company used to have a summer gathering at Solomon's Island for years.... a lot of great times in that area, way too much crab and seafood, but too good to stop. Fuzzy memories of leaving Clark's Landing or the Tiki Bar.....

Actually have worked all over MD, good memories and great road system.... Lot's of states could take a lesson
