07D98D61-5515-4EED-9EF2-9D92202AFD8C.jpgI am loving this forum and all of the info and pictures!

I just got this 2016 SR5 with 59k. i bought it at an auction missing the Cats - getting it fixed was an adventure! i have always wanted a Tundra and I am excited about my build. I want the truck to be great on road as well as on the soft sand of the Outerbanks in NC.

Items to add (in close to this order)

kenwood head unit w carplay - eventually new speakers, amp and sub
chrome delete w older style Pro grille - anyone have luck w painting chrome surround bulge and bumper caps?
    LED headlights
    LED interior and bedlights
    rear underseat storage
    upgrade alarm
tires and wheels - small lift or level -agonizing over 33/35. love the look of black wheels and 35 x 12.5 but worried about loss of power and highway performance for road trips. this will not be a daily driver so i am not worried about gas mileage
    bumper and winch
    battery jumpstart quick connection
    onboard dual air compressor
LED ditch and floodlights - maybe also add a trigger controller?
    cigar lighters to USB conversions
    remote start
Cap? it has a backflip tonneau but im not sure how much i will like this

I am looking forward to doing most of the work myself. i do all my work on my ATV, tractor etc but am just getting into electrical by adding aLED lightbar to my new UTV

Nice truck ... don't forget all the fluids. Just bought mine in Jan 2021 and had 65k miles.

First oil change last week at 72 k miles and the tech advised diff service needed. 20211021_103845.jpg

... never heard of a burnish and haven't replaced clutches lol sounds like dealer scam.

I just ordered an older style pro grill and surround from sparks. will plastidip the front bumper caps when I install. I told my wife the stereo doesn't work well and the wheels and tires were worn out when i bought it. I also told her i don't want to add a bunch of lights but those are for safety so I kind of have to ;)!
