Hey guys. I have a 2010 Rock Warrior 5.7 2 days ago i found a puddle under my tundra. I removed the skid plate and it was dripping from the lower coolant line. The lower clamp at the radiator fell off in my hand. I replaced the hose and clamp with one from autozone because they had one in stock. Put it all together…the new hose was not snug enough for my liking but did have the correct bends so i thought it was that way by design. I had concerns but put it together added new fluid and sure enough it started leaking right away. I am considering buying an oem and start over… has anyone run into this? Any advice before I continue to throw parts at it?

got pictures ? of leak , original hose and radiator nipple.
was the original hose cracked , cut or weathered?
the clamp that fell off in your hands is it a spring style OEM clamp? you can always add tension back to them while they're off.
when it was leaking was it coming between the nipple and hose?
did you clean any debris off the nipple an inside of hose for a clean mating surface?
also if its the stock plastic radiator is there any signs of whiting in black plastic around the nipple at the base or to the tip , does it still measure out to the correct OD an ID with calipers and still 100% circular ?

I would also strongly suggest inspecting the radiator closely. You could have a leaking radiator and it just happens to be dripping out around where the lower hose mounts. It can help to get a cooling system pressure tester so you can pump up some pressure into the system to more clearly see where the leak is.
