Yeah, just a loose terminology of a drop in 'bulb' type application.

    Alot of them
Mist of the HID kits are garbage. You don't see many of them any more. Vleds will be the better quality of the two.

You should really look into swapping headlights to the led ones. Its gonna be a little bit more, but you wont be hurting oncomers eyes with those led's that scatter light everywhere.

If you dont care about other peoples eyes on the road, get vled's 100%.

I haven't messed with ddm led's but probably about 10 years ago i used their ballasts in a projector retrofit, they were cheap and didn't last that long.....and took forever to warm up. vled's are the quality choice!

    Too many, but not enough....
second on the LED OEM swap. The headlights are about $250 bucks each, plus the iHacker harness is $100, and you can sell your existing halogen lights for at least $100. Switching to OEM LED's was my top 3 mods as far as function and aesthetics.

I’ve looked at the OEM LED headlights and while I’d like to have them I cant spend $800 on them. I may just go with the VLED.
