I had that also on my 20. In the 14000 miles it has now, I’ve never seen it again.

Had the same leak on my 2018, the rear seal holding plate was not sealed correctly, they dropped the trans and re-sealed the plate, leak gone.

The dealership has actually been great the truck was scheduled to be seen today which is the next day after I drop it off they brought it in the same day which was yesterday they call me tell me it was internal transmission leak some oil pump. It was an auto parts it would arrive probably in a couple days. My biggest concern is Built quality at this point something that I was thinking Toyota didn’t have a problem with

As far as build quality concerns, you aren’t driving a GM or Ford, just look at the many posts on this forum, look at how few of them actually relate to actual mechanical problems compared to the Big 3 forums. You just were unlucky , not much else can be said.

my gosh what happened to the bottom? looks like someone dragged that around a garage floor before installing.

anyway...check coolant reservoir as this can also be symptom of coolant leak at throttle body.

I made a thread about an identical leak on a 2021 with 200 miles
Happened today and I am l taking it in ASAP to the Dealer

Used your picture for my thread. Only difference was I had a drip just chilling there along evidence that it had dripped on the frame below when I discovered it.
